Standard UK Delivery
- FREE Delivery on orders over £250.00 (Net) to most UK addresses (see restricted Postcodes below)
- Orders under £250.00 (net) will incur a £8.00 handling charge
We aim to deliver within 5-7 working days. Please allow extra time during peak periods.
If an item is out of stock, it will be removed from your order and the rest will be shipped. You're welcome to reorder the missing item seperately.
Important Notes
- Orders are accepted regardless of your credit account status. however, if your account is over the credit limit or outside agreed terms, your order will be held until resolved.
- Deliveries are made via DPD or Royal Mail. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
- A signature is required upon delivery. items cannot be left unattended.
- Please orivide a complete street address. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
- Incorrect or oncpmplete addresses may cause delays or returns, which may incur additional re-delivery charges.
Restricted Postcodes
Due to higher delivery costs, the following postcode areas are not eligable for free delivery and are subject to surcharges:

BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27–28, KW, PA20–49, PA60–78, PH17–26, PH30–44, PH49–50, PO30–41, TR21–25, ZE
- Up to 30kg: £15.00 flat rate
- Over 30kg: Additional charges may apply - we'll contact you after recieveing your order.
These charges apply to only the postcodes listed abover.
All other UK postcodes qualify for free delivery over £250.00 or £8.00 otherwise.
International Deliveries
We're sorry - international deliveries are currently suspended. We;ll update this section as soon as services resume.

- Deliveries outside mainland UK may be subject to local taxes, duties, or import restrictions. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Items such as food, seeds, or toys with wood/leather may be restricted in some countries. Please check with your local authorities before ordering.
- If you’d like a delivery quote before dispatch, please request it in the order comments.
- Once dispatched, delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. Tracking details will be provided. Missed deliveries may be held at a depot or returned, potentially incurring additional charges
