The chunky wood blocks are fastened on to a thick metal chain to keep them all on place. There's only way to get these wood blocks off - chew them!

The top block has dozens of colourful wood beads tied on with knotted cotton rope. The bottom block has even more wood beads for chewing tied on with knotted coloured sisal rope.
