This tasty TOP’s Premium Birdie Bread Mix - Mediterranean is made from the same natural ingredients as TOP’s pellets.
The ingredients are all natural and ecologically grown.
This four-cup bag is enough to bake two tasty batches for a bird.
This pack is the Mediterranean flavour, but Blueberry Burst, Peas and Carrots and Cajun Spice are also available, giving a bird lots of choice and variety.

How To Use
You Will Need
2 cups of TOP’s Birdie Bread Mix
1 teaspoon aluminium-free baking powder
1 large egg, beaten
1 1/4 cups applesauce or other fruit puree
Directions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C)
Step 2: In medium mixing bowl, combine TOP’s Premium Birdie Bread Mix and baking powder
Step 3: In a separate, large mixing bowl, combine the beaten egg and applesauce (fruit puree)
Step 4: Add dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir until you have a smooth dough batter
Step 5: Pour dough batter into a medium pan or standard muffin pan, or form 2-inch cookie rounds on a greased cookie sheet*
Step 6: Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 15 minutes, or until firm
* Do not use non-stick PTFE-coated cookware

DO NOT use non-stick (PTFE-coated) cookware, as the fumes are toxic to birds
Some flavourings (vanilla, maple) or herbs can be added as long as they do not change the nutritional content.
