Having Trouble Logging In?

Please accept our apologies if you are having difficulty logging into the site. We hope the steps below will resolve most issues. If not we will be happy to look into it further. 

Forgotten Password 
If you have forgotten your password you can reset it by clicking the button underneath the login box.
 
We will send you an email with a unique link on similar to this
 
https://www.northernpettrade.com/shopper_passwordnew.asp?passwordid=example
 
When you click on this link in the email you will be able to enter a new password.
 
If the link is not clickable please copy the whole of the link from the email, paste it into your browser address bar and press Enter.
 
If the email does not arrive please check your Trash or Spam folders in case your email client has sent it there in error.
 
For security reasons each link is only active for 30 minutes and can be used only once. 

Next Step
If this doesn't work or you have reset your password and still can't log in, please try clearing your Temporary Internet Files including Cookies and Cache.
 
To delete these just follow the steps below. (Please note that while this may resolve the problem, it will also remove any saved settings for sites you've previously visited.)
 
Microsoft Internet Explorer
1. Click on the "Tools" menu.
2. Select "Internet Options."
3. Click on the "General" tab if it isn't selected already.
4. Under the heading "Browsing History" click on "Delete"
5. Make sure "Cookies" and "Temporary Internet Files" are ticked, you may also need to untick "Preserve Favourites website data"
5. Click "Delete".
6. Click "OK" to exit.
 
Mozilla Firefox
1. Open Firefox and click on the "Tools" menu.
2. Select "Options."
3. Click on the "Privacy" tab and then on "Show Cookies"
4. Select northernpettrade.com from the list and press "remove cookie."
5. Click "OK" to exit.

Google Chrome
1. Click on the wrench or 3 horizontal bars at the top right to enter the Settings
2. Go to "Tools" then "Clear Browsing Data"
3. Select "Empty the cache" and "Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data" and click "Clear browsing data".
 
Still having problems?
If after following the above steps you have still not managed to log in please email us with the following details
1. The email address you were using to log in.
2. What browser and version are you using (e.g. Internet Explorer 10, Firefox 45 etc)
3. What error message did you get and what were you doing at the time? Please send a screenshot if possible.
