How To Order

Once your login is activated, you can order straight away – here’s how.

Once you’ve logged in, if you know the product codes of the items you’d like to order you may find it useful to use the quick order form. Enter the codes and quantities and they’ll be added straight to your basket.

Trade prices are shown Nett, retail prices include VAT. Online orders over £150 Nett will receive a 5% discount off our published trade price (shown against each product) which will be shown near the order total. Any discounts that are available when you order larger quantities are also shown next to the product price.

You can check what’s in your basket at any time by clicking on the “My Basket” button in the top right of the page.   

When you're happy with everything in your basket click "Proceed to Checkout".  Please check the delivery address is correct, then choose a payment method and confirm the order.

As soon as you click confirm the order will be securely transferred to the warehouse to be packed and despatched. To avoid mistakes, and to help us despatch orders as quickly as possible, once an order has reached the warehouse we are unable to manually alter it.

If you wish to order something else, please place a new order which will be sent separately.

UK orders are normally delivered within 3-5 working days from when you place the order. If there are any problems with your order we will contact you. You will receive an email confirmation of your order and be sent tracking details, also via email, once your order has been despatched.
