Coronavirus Update

In light of current circumstances, we would like to reassure all our customers that Northern Pet Trade are still open for business - whilst taking the necessary precautions to protect our staff and their families.
 



Where possible, staff will be working from home but we will still be answering calls and responding to emails as normal.
 
We have good stocks in the warehouse of most items and more in transit, please accept our apologies though if your usual choice isn’t currently available.
 
Everyone here is working hard to get orders out as fast as possible, due to high demand please be aware your order may take a little longer than usual to arrive.
 
As things are changing on a daily basis, we will keep you updated of any operational changes should these occur.
 
We would like to thank you for your patience at this difficult time and for your continued custom.
 
In the meantime, we hope all our customers stay safe and well.
